Refund Policy

  1. Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
  2. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@gadgetilo.com.
  4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@gadgetilo.com.
  5. Shipping Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@gadgetilo.com. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
  7. Cancellations If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@gadgetilo.com to request a cancellation.
